Hi, we’re Sophie and Karoline — the humans behind Dog Besties.

If you’ve read any of our blogs before, you’ll know dogs are a huge part of our lives. We spend our days walking them, sitting with them, cuddling them, and getting to know all their little personalities — and honestly, that’s where this all started.

Because when you spend that much time with dogs, you start to notice something…

And as dog walkers and sitters here in Surrey, we get to see all of that up close.

Why we started creating custom dog portraits

Over time, we kept thinking the same thing:

Photos are lovely, but they don’t always capture who your dog really is.

And most of them end up sitting on your phone.

We wanted to create something a bit different — something you actually see every day. Something that feels like them, but also fits beautifully into your home.

All artwork is printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper, known for its quality and longevity.

Depending on the collection, we use:
